Making the World a Better Place

By Susan Flansburg

This just in, from Porter Novelli / Cone: Three-quarters of US adults expect businesses to positively impact society instead of just make money. A new study of more than 1,100 American adults found that 79% of Americans feel they have a deeper personal connection with companies that share similar values to their own, and 72% believe that purpose-driven companies care more about them and their families.

Well … duh. We all want to work with (and for) companies with a heart!

We want to buy from companies with a heart!

And here at Flansburg-Sivell Communications, we want to BE a company with a heart.

We love our clients, and seek to serve them wholeheartedly. Our clients are happy to share their feelings.

We also have chosen to gift the Quad City Yoga Foundation with marketing support throughout 2019.

The point is, we try to walk our talk, always. And we challenge other businesses to do the same.

How are we - Flansburg-Sivell Communications - making the world a better place?

By doing work that is true, just, and compassionate … no matter what the job.

By helping others share their own good work with the world.

By volunteering whenever and however we can.

By acting like the kids who painted and hid these cute rocks in Glen Armil Park, to make someone’s day a little happier.

How are you making the world a better place?

How are the companies you support making the world a better place?
